Our Solution: Three Sovereign Technologies

1. Bitcoin Lightning Network — Collection
Instead of Stripe (2.9%), we collect payments via Lightning Network.
Cost: ~10 satoshis per transaction = $0.007.
24 members x $0.007 = $0.17 total vs Stripe's $696.
Tech: LNbits (self-hosted) or direct LND/CLN node. No third-party processor. No middleman.
2. BTCPay Server — Card Fallback
For members who prefer to pay with a credit/debit card, BTCPay Server accepts cards and converts to BTC.
Cost: 0%. Self-hosted. No Stripe. No PayPal.
Open source. We run our own instance. Zero processing fees.
Tech: BTCPay Server on our infrastructure. Code: github.com/btcpayserver/btcpayserver (MIT license).
3. Revolut Business API + Wise — IBAN Payouts
Winner wants IBAN payout? Revolut Business sends EUR via SEPA Instant.
Cost: $0.00 for EUR-to-EUR SEPA transfers.
Arrives in seconds, not days. For non-EUR: Wise API at 0.41% + CHF 0.90 (absorbed by us).
Tech: Revolut Business API (SEPA Instant, free). Fallback: Wise Business API (PingWage integration, 0.41%).
